The Internet
In the ELP we understand that the Internet should play an important part in building a community of learners, and a community of teachers. In 2006 we created http://elpweb.com to facilitate better communication and learning, and to be an integral part of J. F. Oberlin University's e-Learning initiative.

Moodle
Moodle is a web-based Course Management System (CMS), in other words, a software system that allows teachers to create web-based course sites that contain digital contents and a large variety of communication tools, such as chat and discussion forums. It also contains course management tools such as testing and grading. Moodle courses have been built to supplement all Foundation courses, and are also used an integral part of many Extensions courses.

Foreign Language Study Center (FLSC)
The FLSC is located on the 4th floor of the Gakujikan building. A wide selection of Grader Readers and DVDs are available for student and teacher use.

'ELP plus' Workshops
Every semester ELP staff present workshops on culture, language and learning. Everyone is welcome to these workshops. They are a great chance to learn about other cultures and improve language skills.

The Internet
ELPでは、学生のコミュニティー、および教員のコミュニティー作りのためにインターネットの重要性を考慮し、２００６年に http://elpweb.com を立ち上げました。このウェブサイトは、コミュニケーションと学習を促すのと同時に、桜美林大学e-Learningの重要な部分を担っています。

Moodle
Moodleとは、ウェブ上の科目管理システム(Course Management System: CMS)で、教員が、ウェブ上に、デジタルコンテンツを含んだ科目サイトを作ることを可能にするソフトです。このソフトは、チャットやディスカッションフォーラムなどの、さまざまなコミュニケーションツールを備えています。また、科目管理ツールとしては、テストや評価を行なうツールも備えています。Moodleは、全てのファウンデーション・イングリッシュ科目において副教材として使用可能であり、多くの英語エクステンション科目においては主教材として使用されています。

'ELP plus' Workshops
毎学期、ELP講師陣により、文化、言語、学習などをテーマにしたワークショップが開催されます。希望者は誰でも参加することができます。他の文化にふれ、言語スキルをアップさせる良い機会です。
